Crystal Kingdom Festival is happy to open registration for Vendors for 2024.

The 2024 Annual Crystal Kingdom Festival will be held on Sunday, July 14, 2024 at Coleman Field in City Park, St. Albans, WV.

Additional information about the event, including schedule of activities, start and end times, will be posted soon.

Business Detail

Making sure that everyone who attends Crystal Kingdom Festival has as great, safe, and healthy a day as possible, we require each food service vendors to obtain permits.

Food Service Vendors that do not check the box below will receive a follow-up contact regarding the Food Permit requirement.

Please tell us a little bit about your business or service and what it offers the attendees of our event. A few lines about what someone approaching your space will find there. Tarot readings, the best BBQ, award-winning jams and jellies, etc.

Example: The Crystal Lotus Shoppe is a Metaphysical Gift Shop in St. Albans, WV offering a variety of products and services for your spiritual needs. Crystals, herbs, incense, music, jewelry, teas, candles, tarot decks and other supplies. Our services include Tarot Readings, Massage Therapy, and Reiki Sessions.

With social media being an important part of how events like ours are found, shared, and experienced, in addition to the importance of social media in advertising our businesses, please provide the following so that we may feature and connect our event posts to your business.

While only a website is required below, if your business uses it’s Facebook Page as it’s website, please include the same link in both fields.

Venue Specific Information

The space you are currently registering for is 10’x10′.

Please separately contact us if you need a larger space to ensure that we work together to ensure everyone receives adequate space at this event.

Make sure you answer carefully, as we will plan the amount of vendor space based on your answers here and in follow-up information. Not letting us know you require more than 10’x10′ may create issues for you and other vendors on the event day.

Once we have received and reviewed your application, we will separately confirm your successful registration and send a link to pay the vendor registration fee or follow up regarding any questions or issues.

You will receive an email stating that your form was submitted successfully, this email is NOT a confirmation of your application acceptance.
